Cortand/Homer area. Happy Homes four bedroom rental housing units are available as two floor apartments. They are clean and have modern kitchens, separate dining rooms, living room, four bedrooms each with a closet, and one and a half to two baths. Rooms are either carpeted or hardwood floors except for kitchen and bath.

Separate utility meters are standard and reasonable utilities are the rule. Washer/dryer hookups are also standard. All are located in residential neighborhoods. Off street parking, snow removal, lawn care, and landscaping is provided.

Lease or thirty-day rental agreements are available. We are local landlords and refer potential residents to other housing when our own is no longer available.
